A team of collaborators from USDA-ARS, USGS, the University of Arkansas, the Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, and the Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service are actively involved in ongoing and planned activities for the SEW. These personnel provide expertise in soil science, hydrogeology, poultry science, forage and grazing management, and beef and swine nutrition. Efforts are also underway to build regional cooperation with scientists from Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
